We currently deliver across India.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

While we strive to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address,
• Multiple failed delivery attempts, or
• Refusal to accept the delivery,

Konka Collections may deduct applicable return shipping charges from the refund (if applicable) or request additional shipping charges before re-dispatching the order.

Remote Locations

We deliver to remote locations where our courier partner provides service. Delivery to these areas may require additional time.

Force Majeure Clause

Konka Collections shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or courier service interruptions.
